Cookie Policy
Short version: essential cookies only, no tracking.
Effective 22 July 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages — for example, that a form you submitted really came from you.
2. The cookies we use
This website sets essential cookies only — the minimum the site needs to function safely:
- Session cookie — keeps your visit together while you move between pages, such as showing the confirmation after you send an enquiry. Deleted when your session ends.
- Security cookie (CSRF) — protects our forms and payment pages against forged submissions from other sites. Essential for safely sending an enquiry or making a payment.
We set no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. Because every cookie we use is strictly necessary for the site to work, no consent banner is required — there is nothing optional to consent to.
3. Third parties
When you make a card payment, our payment provider may set its own cookies on its secure payment window to protect the transaction — these are governed by the provider's own policy. This site loads its typefaces from a font service; no cookies are set by that request.
4. Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking the essential cookies above will stop the enquiry form and payment pages from working — everything else on the site will still read fine.
5. Questions
Ask us anything about this policy through the contact page. How we handle personal data generally is covered by our Privacy Policy.
